Authorizing Toast (Hoopla)

*Note: We are currently beta testing the Toast Integration. If you are interested in being a beta tester, please contact our Support team.

In order to start mapping Toast data into Hoopla, you must first have:

  • a Toast account with Toast Partner Connect, and

  • the Toast integration turned on in your Hoopla Dashboard by Raydiant Support. *Once our Toast integration is no longer in Beta, this step will no longer be necessary.

Steps in Toast:

  1. In your Toast account page, click the Integrations link on the left side, then click "Add and manage integrations" > "Digital Signage" > "Add Now" under Raydiant!

  2. Once you submit the activation request, within one business day, you’ll receive an email with your Toast Restaurant GUID, which you’ll need later.

Steps in Dashboard:

  1. In your Dashboard Configure page, click on Integrations, then select Toast from the drop down list in the top right corner.

  2. After the Toast tile has been added, click on the tile to access the Toast integration page.

  3. Scroll down and paste in your Toast Restaurant GUID, and click “Apply”.

    • If you have multiple restaurant locations, you’ll need to map in the GUID for each location you want represented in Hoopla.

    • If you cannot locate your GUID, please reach out to for assistance.

  4. After your Toast account has been successfully connected to Hoopla, you will see a Settings section on the right hand side of the page.

  5. Within Settings on the right side of the screen, you will be able to see mapped Locations.

    • To remove a Location, simply click on the (-) sign next to each location and click Save.

  6. Once you have successfully authenticated, you can proceed to Mapping Users & Locations into Hoopla.
