Rewards for Players & Fans (Hoopla)

How to view your point balance and redeem points for rewards.

If your company is using points within Hoopla, you will be able to see your point balance, view your accrual history and even redeem points for rewards (if applicable), all within your Profile.

To access your points:

  1. Log into Hoopla and navigate to your Profile avatar on the top right hand side of the page.

  2. Click on the arrow and select "View Profile"

  3. On the right hand side of the screen, you will be able to see a box that contains all your point details.

    1. Point balance shows your current point balance (or available points if you have rewards set up).

    2. Underneath your Point balance, you will see the total number of points you've accrued overall.

    3. Details regarding your point accrual can viewed in the main body of the box, including date received, details (how you received points) and the amount received (or reduced).

Accessing your Rewards Store:

If you have a Rewards store setup, you will be able to redeem your points for real-world prizes, like merchandise or gift cards.

  1. Log into Hoopla and navigate to the points sections within your profile.

  2. Click on the link "Visit Rewards Store."

    1. This will open up a new tab.

  3. Within your Rewards Store, you can browse by category or search for a specific item.

  4. Your Rewards Store will also display your current available point balance (located on the top right hand side).

  5. To "purchase" a reward, click into the details for that specific item and add to cart.

    1. Once your item is added to your cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

    2. To checkout, simply add in your shipping details and complete the order.

  6. If you want to save a specific reward to your favorites, click on the "Add to DreamTracker" button.

    1. To view your saved rewards, click on the heart icon at the top right hand side of the screen.

  7. To view your orders, click on the orders icon (🧾) on the top right hand side of the screen.

    1. You will be able to see your complete order history and order status on this page.
