Authorizing the Hubspot Integration (Hoopla)

*Note: We are currently beta testing the Hubspot Integration. If you are interested in being a beta tester, please contact our Support team.

In order to start mapping Hubspot data into Hoopla, Admins must first add and authorize the Hubspot integration.


  1. Before getting started, you will need to contact Support and request the Hubspot integration be turned on for your account. *Once our Hubspot integration is no longer in Beta, this step will no longer be necessary.

  2. In Configure>Integrations, select Hubspot from the drop down list in the top right corner.

  3. After the Hubspot tile has been added, click on the tile to access the Hubspot integration page.

  4. Click on the “Connect to Hubspot” button - this will open up a new window and prompt you to log into your Hubspot account.

    1. If you are already logged in, we will connect immediately after clicking the button.

  5. After your Hubspot account has been successfully connected to Hoopla, you will see a Settings section on the right hand side of the page.

  6. Within Settings, you will be able to see who authenticated the account and the time zone setting for your integration.

    1. To change the Time Zone, simply click edit and select the appropriate time zone.

  7. Once you have successfully authenticated, you can proceed to Mapping Hubspot Data into Hoopla.
