Create Teams (Hoopla)

Build and manage teams and the user membership directly through the Admin panel

You can create teams manually or in an automated way via a Salesforce report if you use the Salesforce integration.

 

To create a Team manually:

 

  1. In the Configure tab, click Users and Teams in the left nav.  Alternatively, click the Users and Teams tile.

  2. Click on Teams sub-tab.

  3. Click on Add button.

  4. Enter a name for the Team.

  5. Optionally, add a Team photo and song.

  6. Select the members of the Team; you may also add other Teams to this Team.

  7. Click Save.
