Raydiant recently moved to a new login system to support future development. All Raydiant users are affected by this change; it was rolled out to existing users in batches starting on Tuesday, March 17. As of this writing, you should only be prompted to use the new login system if you haven't signed into Raydiant since before that date.
What does this look like?
When you go to https://dash.raydiant.com/ and enter your username, Raydiant will redirect you to a warning page telling you what's happening and asking you to proceed to the new login page.
Once you click "Proceed to Login", you'll be directed to the new login page:
Once you sign in using your existing Raydiant username and password, you'll see your Dashboard, just the same as before—the only change is the login process. From now on, when you use the Raydiant Dashboard in this browser on this computer, you'll be automatically directed to the new login page!
Why specifically did the login system change?
We're working hard to expand our feature set for our existing users, our upcoming Pro tier of service, and our new Enterprise tier. Our new login system allows us to better support all users, but particularly Enterprise customers with complex needs like multiple users with different privileges and common access to content and screens.
If you'd like to learn more about our Pro and Enterprise features, you can read more on our pricing page. You can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to your account executive directly with any questions!
