To change your password:
Go to https://dash.raydiant.com and enter the email address associated with your Raydiant account (this is usually the email address you used to place your original order) and click the 'Continue' button.
Please click the "Forgot password?" button and enter the email address associated with your Raydiant account one additional time and proceed to click the 'Continue' button.
Click the “Reset Password” button in the email you receive.
Your new password can contain letters, numbers, and special characters. For security reasons, each password reset link times out 15 minutes after we send it. If your reset link times out, just follow these steps again to request a new password reset email.
If you don't receive a password reset email, please check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
