If you've run into a bug or problem with your Raydiant service, we'd love a chance to make it right—please email firstname.lastname@example.org or schedule a call with our support team to let us know how we can make Raydiant a better fit for you.
If Raydiant just doesn't meet your needs or you need to cancel for some other reason, email email@example.com with a subject like "Please cancel my account". We'll provide a prepaid FedEx label you can use to return your ScreenRay hardware.
Once we receive your ScreenRay hardware, we'll cancel your subscription. If you requested to cancel within your first 30 days of service, you'll receive a refund for all charges. If you cancel your service before the end of your contract period, you may be charged an early termination fee.
